Early production runs of the standard PAL release (specifically the UKV version) shipped with a massive printing mistake inside the booklet. Pages of the manual were bound completely out of order, and several crucial layout graphics were printed upside down. Microsoft corrected it in later prints, making the "upside-down manual" a funny piece of Xbox history.
